Yes, you can change the keyboard shortcut for Spotlight. First open the System Preferences (you can find it by clicking on the Apple menu at the top left of your screen). Select the panel called "Spotlight" and then look at the bottom of the window for the option named "Spotlight menu keyboard shortcut". Click on the field next to it to choose from a set of options or you can even choose your own by typing it.
