Answer:
You currently cannot select all your messages at once in Mail, but you can delete multiple messages at the same time. From your inbox in the Mail app, tap the "Edit" button in the upper right corner. Select the messages you would like to delete and then tap the "Delete" button at the bottom of the screen.
