Answer:
To launch Siri, hold down the Home button on your iPhone 4S until the Siri microphone and "What can I help you with?" prompt appears. You will then have access to Siri's features.
Within apps, you can use Siri by selecting the Siri key (looks like a microphone) next to the spacebar when using the keyboard.
