Answer:
You can access Touch ID setting by launching System Preferences. Go to the Apple menu at the top left corner of your screen and select System Preferences > Touch ID. From there you can add an additional fingerprint and check or uncheck boxes allowing you to use Touch ID for unlocking your Mac, Apple Pay, iTunes & App Store.
