Question:

Can I rotate my monitor in OS X?
- Asked by Connor S. February 25th, 2014 (Updated: December 17th, 2014)

Answer:

Launch the System Preferences application and select the panel named Displays. If your external display is a second monitor, you will notice that a window will appear on each display, with the settings available for that individual display. Select the window for your external monitor and click on the Display tab. Click on "Rotation" and then select from a number of options to rotate the display.
