Answer:
Open the Settings app from your Home screen and tap on FaceTime. Swipe all the way down to the bottom of the screen to find a setting that says "Use Cellular Data". Switch it to the "Off" position to prevent FaceTime calls from using the data plan with your wireless carrier.
