Yes, launch Safari on your iPad and go to http://manuals.info.apple.com/en/ipad_user_guide.pdf. Once the PDF has loaded, you can tap on it to reveal an option in the top right corner to "Open in iBooks" or "Open in Kindle" (if you have the Kindle app installed).
