Answer:
Yes, you can force the App Store to refresh its contents. Launch the App Store on your iOS device and then find the navigation tabs (Featured, Top Charts, Search, etc.). Tap on one of these tabs ten times and on the tenth tap the App Store will refresh and check for new data. This is especially if you have just noticed a price change on App Sliced but you're not yet seeing the new price on the App Store.
