How Do I Setup Screen Sharing In Mac OS X?

Answer:

Screen Sharing preferences in Mac OS X can be manipulated by going to System Preferences->Sharing. Simply click the Screen Sharing checkbox and screen sharing will be enabled. Users on your local network can then connect to your computer using the address shown in the Sharing panel (ex: vnc://192.168.1.100/).

You can view computers on your local network with screen sharing enabled from the Finder by going to Go->Connect to Server->Browse.
