Answer:
Yes, you can take a screenshot using your Apple Watch. Once you have the screen up that you would like to capture, just press the Digital Crown while pushing the side button at the same time. If done successfully, the screen will flash. You can then find the screenshot inside the Photos app on your iPhone.
