Answer:
You can easily tweet photos from your iPhone if you have iOS 5 installed. If you haven't already signed in, go to the Settings app and scroll down to Twitter. Select Twitter and then enter your login credentials. You should only have to sign in this one time.
Once you're signed in, go to your Camera Roll and find the photo that you would like to tweet. Click on the Share button (it's a square with an arrow pointing to the right) and select Tweet. You will have the option to add your location to the tweet.
