The Verizon iPhone 4 and AT&T iPhone 4 are virtually identical. There are a few key differences though.
The antenna bar in the Verizon iPhone 4 has been altered from the AT&T version. This should prevent the "death grip" problems early iPhone 4 users experienced. The Verizon iPhone 4 can also be used as a mobile 3G hotspot, which means you can share its internet connection with up to five other devices (MacBook, iPad, etc.) at no extra charge (UPDATE: this will now cost an extra $20/month). And of course there is the carrier difference - Verizon service is reportedly stronger than AT&T in many areas.
