Can I permanently remove the Share Button in OS X Mavericks Notification Center?

Answer:
Go to the Apple menu at the top left of your screen and select System Preferences. Click on the Notifications panel. In the left column there should be an item named "Share Button". Click on it and then uncheck the option that reads "Show share button in Notification Center".
